3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. arrival by own means and check-in of participants at hotels in Gliwice
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (optional) guided walk around the old town of Gliwice
7:30 p.m. - dinner at the Diament Plaza Gliwice hotel

8:45 - 9:00 group bus transfer from the Diament Plaza Hotel to the Guido mine
9:00 - 9:45 registration and gathering in the mine conference room
10:00 - 3:30 p.m. editathon at the Guido Mine and optionally at the Diament Plaza Hotel
approx. 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. lunch break
3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. group photo in the mine, refreshments, birthday cake
4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. opportunity to visit the mine with a guide or time for informal meetings with refreshments
5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m departure to the surface
approx. 6:15 p.m. bus departure to the hotel
