"Budget: The hosting organisation would provide the venue as in-kind support and some catering (as appropriate). Like the 2015 event there is *no* budget for accommodation, travel, scholarships etc. This is a “functionaries” meeting of people who have specific responsibility for GLAM in their affiliate (staff, board, designated volunteer), not an ‘outreach’ event. Attendees are expected to self-fund their travel + accommodation costs through their affiliates’ existing applicable grant/funding process."
