w sprawie granting and removal of user permissions on the Association wiki

Regulations on granting and removal of permissions on the Association wiki

  1. The administrator and bureaucrat permissions are granted ex officio to members of the Board and members of the Audit Committee.
  2. The administrator permissions are granted ex officio to the Association staff.
  3. The administrator permissions are granted ex officio to members of the Micro-grants Committee.
  4. Administrator permissions may also be granted to a member of the Association if one of the members of the Board or the Audit Committee decides to submit their candidacy at a meeting of the Board as a previously submitted (not as any other business) item [of the agenda]. The request must state the reason why the member is to be granted the permissions and the date by which the permissions are needed. The Board will then vote if at least 5 members are present. The permissions must be granted without any objections.
  5. The permissions are lost by the user after the expiry of their term of office, employment relationship, termination of membership in the Association or the termination (in the case of a member of an association) of the period stated while granting rights. At the user's request, the time limit may be extended by voting, or the user may relinquish their permissions earlier if no longer need them.
  6. Permissions are also lost if no contribution is made within 6 months.
